Where to find Ordering Options

Event > Setup > Races > Ordering Options

🔒 Hide Tickets from the Entry Form

You can hide specific ticket types from the public entry form.

👉 Useful when you want to allow participant self-management deferrals.

Hidden tickets won’t appear publicly but can still be shared with a direct link.

⏱ Basket Time Limit (Ticket Reservation Period)

When customers select tickets, they’re held in their basket for a set period of time. If no payment is made, the tickets are released back into stock.

  • Recommended: Set to 2 days (2880 minutes) to allow basket reminders and improve conversions.

  • Shorten the time if your event is close to selling out or typically sells out quickly, so tickets return to availability faster.

🎟 Maximum Tickets per Order

This setting defines how many tickets one person can buy in a single transaction.

  • Suggested limit: 10 tickets — enough for group entries without enabling bulk resale.

📝 Waiting Lists

If your event has limited capacity, a waiting list ensures anyone interested still has a chance to enter if spots open up due to cancellations.

🤝 Charity/Corporate Tickets (Pre-Paid)

Pre-paid tickets allow a purchaser (e.g. a company or charity) to buy tickets in bulk without entering attendee details upfront.

The purchaser is then responsible for inviting people to claim the tickets.

✅ Adjusting these ordering options helps you manage availability, prevent overselling, and create a smoother experience for your customers.
