🔗 Private Event

Enable this to make your event private and accessible only via a direct link.

  • Ideal if you don’t want the event listed publicly or if you’re still finalizing details.

  • Visitors will need the direct URL to access the event.

    • Copy the URL from the browser when previewing the event page
❗ If this is only temporary, remember to disable the option once the event is ready.

👥 Show Number of Confirmed Participants

Enable this to display the current number of registered participants on the event landing page.

  • Counts all participants for upcoming Races/Tickets, including inactive or closed ones.

  • Best used for single events and when registration numbers are already meaningful. ℹ️ This helps highlight popularity without discouraging early sign-ups when registration is low.

📋 Show List of Confirmed Participants

Enable this to include a tab listing all confirmed participants on the landing page. ❗ This applies to all Races/Tickets under the event and may have privacy implications.

🕒 Show Waiting List Numbers

If a waiting list is enabled, this option displays the number of participants on the waiting list for each race or ticket.

💳 Force Prepay Link

Enable this to show the Bulk Purchase button on the event landing page.

  • Useful for hidden Races/Tickets where Corporate/Charity Entries are enabled.

❌ Hide Prepay Link

Enable this to hide the Bulk Purchase button on the event landing page.

  • The button link will still work if shared directly.

  • Useful when bulk purchase should only be offered privately. ℹ️ Copy the Bulk Purchase link before enabling this option to ensure continued access.
