👥 Show Number of Confirmed Participants
Enable this to display the current number of registered participants on the event landing page.
Counts all participants for upcoming Races/Tickets, including inactive or closed ones.
Best used for single events and when registration numbers are already meaningful. ℹ️ This helps highlight popularity without discouraging early sign-ups when registration is low.
📋 Show List of Confirmed Participants
Enable this to include a tab listing all confirmed participants on the landing page. ❗ This applies to all Races/Tickets under the event and may have privacy implications.
🕒 Show Waiting List Numbers
If a waiting list is enabled, this option displays the number of participants on the waiting list for each race or ticket.
💳 Force Prepay Link
Enable this to show the Bulk Purchase button on the event landing page.
Useful for hidden Races/Tickets where Corporate/Charity Entries are enabled.
❌ Hide Prepay Link
Enable this to hide the Bulk Purchase button on the event landing page.
The button link will still work if shared directly.
Useful when bulk purchase should only be offered privately. ℹ️ Copy the Bulk Purchase link before enabling this option to ensure continued access.
