Where Custom Messages Appear
You can tailor messages for multiple touchpoints:
Ticket Message
Displayed when a participant selects a specific ticket. Ideal for clarifying what’s included or highlighting special conditions.
Basket Page Message
Shown on the basket page before checkout. Use this to remind participants about key details (e.g., parking info, cut-off dates, or terms).
Checkout Complete Message
Appears after a successful checkout. Great for sharing next steps or links to training plans, FAQs, or event packs.
💡 Tip: You can also add this text to confirmation emails via the Emails section.
Social Sharing Message
Pre-populate text for participants who share your event on social media. This is a simple way to boost visibility and encourage word-of-mouth marketing.
Results Page Message
Displayed when participants view their results. Perfect for post-race thank-yous, sponsor mentions, or encouraging sign-ups for your next event.
Where to Add Custom Messaging
Event > Setup > Races > Edit > Custom Messaging
Best Practices
Keep it concise – Messages should be short, clear, and focused on a single action or reminder.
Be consistent – Use similar wording across messages and emails to avoid confusion.
