The Ticketing section lets you control how participants enter your race — whether it’s free or paid, how pricing is set, and how fees are managed.

Selecting a free race will limit some customisation options, while choosing a paid race unlocks full pricing and fee settings.


🗓 Opening and Closing Entries

  • Open Online Entries – Automate the start and end of entries by setting dates. You can still close entries manually at any time.

  • Closing Online Entries – Pre-set a closing date, or tick the box to close manually.

  • Number of Places – Set the entry limit for this race.

🏅 Governing Body Affiliations

Enable this if you want to offer discounted prices for affiliated members.


💵 Pricing Options

For paid races, you can set multiple pricing levels:

  • Regular Price – The standard ticket price.

  • Price to Affiliates – Discounted price for affiliated members.

  • Price to Members – Discounted price for your organisation’s members.

  • Description – Add details or notes about this ticket type.

  • Price Adjustments – Add early-bird or other promotional incentives.


📈 Dynamic Pricing

Enable dynamic pricing to automatically adjust entry costs based on demand or time.

⚖️ Rates & Fees

Choose how fees are applied:

  • Pass on service fees to the participant.

  • Pass on Stripe fees.

  • Add a custom fee (e.g. admin or charity contribution).
