Understanding your Event Dashboard

The Events Dashboard gives you a clear, visual overview of your event data. The more participant information you collect during registration, the more detailed your insights will be.

🔎 Where to Access

Dashboard → Events → [Select Event] → Dashboard


📈 Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard includes six main visualisations plus key statistics.


Manhattan (Bookings Timeline)

A visual timeline of bookings over time.

  • Adjust the date range to focus your view.

Entry Status colours:

  • 🟥 Red = No active race

  • 🟩 Green = Active race ongoing

  • 🟧 Orange = Event partially open

Metrics shown:

  • Entries – Total bookings within the date range

    • Current bookings (confirmed entries)

    • Marketplace bookings (via marketplaces, excluding imports)

    • Transfers (moved from another race/event)

  • Revenue – Gross revenue from bookings, merchandise & donations

  • Refunds – Processed refunds on bookings & merchandise


Location Heatmap

  • Displays where participants live relative to the event

  • Great for spotting underrepresented areas

  • Zoom in/out with +/- controls

Booking Timetable

  • Breakdown of bookings hour by hour, day by day

Age Bandings

  • Pie chart showing participant age groups

Gender Split

  • Breakdown of participant gender distribution

Advanced Metrics

(Requires postcode or DOB collection during entry)

  • Entry Radius (Average): Avg. distance travelled

  • Entry Median: Median distance travelled

  • Carbon Footprint (Est.): CO₂ emissions per participant

  • Age (Average): Average participant age

  • Days in Advance (Average & Median): How early participants book

⚠️ If data doesn’t appear in a chart, it means the info wasn’t collected during registration.


📂 Analysing Past Events

  1. Go to the Archived tab in the dashboard

  2. Select past races to view reports

  3. Adjust the date range for analysis

⚠️ If you can’t find an archived event:

  • It may have been copied instead of archived.

  • Check All Events → Archived Events.


✅ With these insights, you can track performance, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve your future events.
