  • Once found, click Manage Entry.

🧾 How to Refund a Single Entry

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

👥 How to Refund Multiple Entries

  1. Go to your event.

  2. Click Signups.

  3. Tick the checkboxes next to the participants’ reference numbers.

  4. Click Actions > Refund.

⚠️ You can:

  • Refund in full or partially.

  • Choose whether to remove or keep participants in the race.

🔄 Refunding Transferred Entries

If an entry shows as £0, it usually means the participant was transferred from another event.

  • Refunds must be processed against the original entry.

  • Any balance paid will remain linked to the new ticket.

🎁 Refunding Add-On Items

Add-ons (e.g. merchandise or booking protection) are not automatically refunded when you refund an entry — even if purchased at the same time.

👉 These items must be refunded separately.

✅ With these tools, you can handle single, bulk, and transferred entry refunds with ease — while keeping clear records for both you and your participants.
