Affiliating Your Race to a Governing Body

If your event is recognised by a sports governing body, you can add an affiliation during race setup. This allows you to offer discounted entry fees to members of the relevant association.

🔧 How to Add an Affiliation

  1. Go to Race Setup > Ticketing Options.

  2. Tick the box Enable affiliations.

  3. Select the relevant affiliation from the list.

  4. Set the affiliation price (the discounted rate for members).

Before confirming an affiliation on your entry form, make sure you’ve reviewed the latest Terms & Conditions from the association to ensure compliance.


🏷 Available Affiliations

You can choose from the following governing bodies:

  • UK Athletics

  • British Cycling

  • British Triathlon Federation

  • Amateur Swimming Association

  • Association of Running Clubs

  • Cycling Time Trials

  • Trail Running Association
