Getting Started
When you first submit the basic details for a new event, you’ll automatically be directed to the race setup page.
To add a race to an existing event:
From your dashboard, open the event.
Click Create a New Race (green button, top-right).
Race Details
When creating your race, you’ll need to enter:
Race Name – include the distance or unique detail (e.g. “10K” or “Half Marathon”).
Discipline – running, cycling, triathlon, etc.
Distance – the race distance.
Race Start – date and start time.
Race End – optional end time (uncheck to hide).
Age Restrictions – define by date of birth cut-off or event date.
Ticketing Options
Set up ticketing and entry rules:
Open Online Entries – schedule automatic opening/closing, or close manually anytime.
Closing Online Entries – preset closing date or manual control.
Number of Places in this Race – capacity per race.
Governing Body Affiliations – offer affiliated pricing.
Currently only England Athletics supports live verification.
Regular Price – full ticket price.
Price to Affiliates – discounted price for verified members.
Price Adjustments – e.g. early bird discounts.
Rates & Fees – configure service fees, Stripe fees, or custom fees.
Ordering Options & User Management Configuration
Control how participants purchase and manage their entries:
Basket Time Limits – prevent hoarding by setting a time limit for tickets in basket.
Waiting Lists – allow sign-ups after capacity is reached.
Allow Participants to Manage their own entry
Transfer Settings – enable transfers between participants with configurable options.
