Benefits for organisers and participants:

  • Secure early revenue

  • Better forecast event logistics (venue, merchandise, staffing)

  • Generate buzz from early registrants

With Price Adjustments, ticket prices can change based on:

  • A specific date or

  • A total number of tickets sold

If both conditions are set, the price changes as soon as either is reached.

Locate Price Adjustments

Path: Dashboard > Event > Race > Ticketing > Price Adjustments

Adding a Price Adjustment

  1. In your race Ticketing section, click Add Price Adjustment.

  2. Set the trigger for the price change:

    • Date From – Date when the new price becomes active

    • Total Capacity From – Total tickets sold before this price activates

This is cumulative (e.g., 200 means after 200 tickets sold)

  3. Add a Description for the price tier (Optional)

  4. Enter prices for each category:

    • Regular Price – Standard ticket price

    • Affiliate Price – If affiliate pricing is enabled

    • Membership Price – Use £0.00 for free member entry, if applicable

  5. Add additional tiers if needed (step 1)

  6. Preview your Entry form to review Current Prices to ensure tiers are correct

Important Notes

  • Greyed-out fields indicate the date or capacity for that tier has already been reached

  • Capacity triggers are based on total tickets sold, not remaining tickets at that price

  • Always scroll to the bottom and click Submit to save updates
