By default, tickets are displayed in the order they were created or by their date and time. If you'd prefer to present them differently—for example, highlighting your most popular race first—you can easily reorder them at any time.
How to Reorder Your Tickets
Open your Event.
Navigate to Races.
Click the green Re-Order Races button at the bottom of the ticket list.
Drag and drop your tickets into the desired order.
Click Return to Listing to save your changes.
Your tickets will now appear in the new order.
Best Practice
After reordering your tickets, we recommend previewing your event entry form to ensure the tickets are displayed exactly as you intended.
This is especially useful if you have multiple races or want to draw attention to a particular ticket.
When Should You Reorder Tickets?
You may want to reorder your tickets to:
Highlight your most popular race or distance
Group similar ticket types together
Improve the flow of your entry form
Make it easier for participants to find the correct ticket
