Activate Tickets Immediately
Activating tickets immediately should only be done once you are confident that all event details (such as pricing, dates, and distances) are accurate and final.
To activate a ticket immediately:
Navigate to Event → Setup → Races
On the Race Tickets page, locate the ticket you want to activate
If the ticket is inactive or closed, click the green Activate Now button
Once activated, entries for that ticket will be open straight away.
Set a Launch Date and Time
If you’d prefer tickets to open automatically at a scheduled time, you can set an opening date and time within the ticket settings.
To schedule a ticket launch:
Go to Event → Setup → Races
Select Edit on the relevant race
Open the Ticketing section
Scroll to the Open Online Entries field
Choose your preferred launch date and time
Click Save to apply your changes
This allows entries to open automatically without manual intervention.
💡 Tip
You can override a scheduled opening at any time by clicking Activate Now from the Race Tickets page.
If you manually close a ticket, you’ll need to set a new opening date before it can be reopened automatically.
