Once uploaded, participants can view both past and future race results in a single place, creating a better experience and a more comprehensive event archive.
Before You Start
To upload historic race results, the race must first exist within Eventrac.
If the race has not previously been created in the platform, you'll need to create a basic race profile before results can be added.
For guidance on creating a race, please refer to our Creating a New Race guide.
Create a Historic Race Profile
To create a profile for a historic race:
Navigate to Races within Eventrac.
Select Create New Race.
Enter the basic race details, including:
Event date
Discipline
Distance
Save the race profile.
At this stage, only the essential information is required. You can add additional details later if needed.
Upload Historic Results
Once the historic race profile has been created, results can be uploaded in exactly the same way as they would be for a recently completed event.
