Accessing All Sign-Ups
Navigate to: Left Hand Menu → All Sign-Ups
Reviewing Registrations
The results table displays key registration information, including:
Registration reference number
Completion or payment date
Participant name
Event name and date
Registration status
Volunteer interest
Discount codes used
Filtering Results
Use the filters on the left-hand side to quickly find the registrations you need.

Free Search | Search by participant name or registration reference |
Completed Date From / To | Filter by registration date |
Event | Show registrations for a specific event |
Future Events Only | Display upcoming events only |
Opted into Charities | Find participants linked to charities |
Refund Policies | Filter by refund policy selection |
Discount Code | Search by discount code used |
Interested in Volunteering | Find participants who expressed volunteer interest |
Tip: Enter * in the Discount Code filter to return all registrations where any discount code was used.
After applying filters, select Regenerate Report to update the results.
Exporting Registrations
To export the current report:
Apply any required filters.
Click Export This Report.
Exports include only the registrations shown in the filtered results and can be used for reporting, participant communications, volunteer planning, and operational tasks.
Registration Statuses
Common registration statuses include:
Status | Meaning |
Complete | Registration and payment completed |
Pending | Registration started but not finished |
Refunded | Registration has been refunded |
Cancelled | Registration has been cancelled |
Note: Available statuses may vary depending on your platform configuration.
Troubleshooting
No registrations found?
Check that:
Your date range is correct
An event filter hasn't been applied unintentionally
The Future Events Only filter is set appropriately
Missing registrations in your export?
Exports only include registrations shown in the current report. Select Regenerate Report before exporting to ensure the latest results are included.
