🔹 Event Name
Give your event a clear, consistent name for easy identification. ❗ Avoid including the current year in the event name. Keeping the same name:
Keeps the event URL unchanged.
Reduces the effort needed to refresh event details for the next edition.
🔲 Event Description
If using Eventrac as a listing platform, adding a description is recommended to promote your event and inform participants. ℹ️ Tips for writing an effective Event Description can be found [Event Description Guide]
If participants register via your website using the widget, the description is optional.
🔲 Allow Online Entries
Enable this toggle to accept online registrations. It is enabled by default but can be turned off if needed.
🗺️ Event Location & Travel Directions
Provide an interactive map to help participants find your event, especially if it’s in a rural or unfamiliar area.
👁️ Visibility Options
Control who can see your event and what information is displayed on the landing page. Options include private landing page, start list display, and bulk purchase availability.

Manage how participants can move from one race to another after registration.
