Physical or Virtual Race – Select whether the race is held in person or virtually.
Race Name – Add the race title. If you have more than one race, include the distance in the name (e.g. Celtic Ultra – 34 Miles).
Group Name – Optional. Use if this race belongs to a series or group.
Discipline – Pick the activity type (e.g. running, cycling, swimming).
Distance – Choose or type the distance for this race. You can add new ones by typing and pressing Enter.
Race Start – Set the date and time your race begins. Tick My race has no date if it’s flexible.
Race End – Add the finish time if relevant. Untick Show end time if you don’t have one.
Entry Restrictions – Tick this if you want to limit who can enter:
Set minimum and/or maximum age (must specify an age date, e.g. the event date or 01/01/YYYY).
Restrict by gender if required.
Membership Restrictions – Limit entry to members of specific categories (e.g. club members).
Password Protection – Add a password if you only want selected people to enter.
✅ Use only the fields that apply to your event. The rest can be left blank.
