🏃 Allow Participants to Change Race
Enable this option to let participants transfer their entry to another race or ticket after registration.
Participants can transfer to any live race/ticket in your event portfolio, subject to:
Price differences
Discounts carried over
Any additional fees
If the new event costs more, the participant will pay the difference.
If the new event costs less, the participant will not receive a refund.
You can select specific events participants are allowed to transfer to, or choose “All Events”.
❗ If no alternative events are selected, the system will default to allow transfers to all events.
💰 Admin Transfer Fee
Charge a fixed fee to cover administrative work caused by the transfer.
This fee is added on top of any price difference.
🎟️ Re-Apply Discounts
Enable this option to ensure any discounts applied to the original entry are retained for the new event.
The participant will only pay the difference after discounts are applied.
