🔎 Accessing the Contact Lists Dashboard
Navigation: Dashboard → Email Marketing → Contact Lists
Here you can view:
Number of contacts in each list
Date of the last manual sync
⚠️ Note: All contacts must have opted in to receive communications.
➕ Creating a Contact List
Click Create New List
Enter a list name.
Select the events to sync with this list. You can choose from different event calendars
Click Save/Submit.
⚠️ You can sync contact lists at any time (see Updating a Contacts List below).
📥 Importing Contacts
If migrating from another system, you can import your existing email lists to Eventrac.
Import Requirements:
Saved as .CSV
Include First Name, Last Name, Email Address in seperate columns
Checked for duplicates, gaps, or errors before uploading
On the Contact Lists page, click the down arrow next to Edit for the list you want to update.
Select Import Contacts and follow the prompts.
🔄 Syncing an existing Contact List
Click "Sync Contacts" from the blue Edit button for the list you want to update.
Sync List – Clicking the "Sync List" will update the list if people have been added manually.
