The Eventrac × CycloWorld integration enables you to sell tickets directly on CycloWorld while managing your event settings and bookings from Eventrac. The integration also supports automatic syncing of:
Orders

Team entries
All data flows seamlessly from CycloWorld to Eventrac, keeping your event information accurate and up to date.
Setting Up Events on CycloWorld
Before accepting bookings through CycloWorld, your events must exist on their platform.
Visit CycloWorld.cc and check if your event is listed
If your event is not listed, CycloWorld will need to create it for you
Contact the CycloWorld team on [email protected] to request a listing and copy in [email protected] to provide the correct Eventrac widget ID(s)
Once your event has been created and the integration is enabled, CycloWorld will display your Eventrac booking widget.
Accessing the CycloWorld Integration
From your Eventrac dashboard: Dashboard → Integrations → CycloWorld
This is where you can enable and manage the integration.
Enabling the CycloWorld Integration
To enable the integration:
Open the CycloWorld integration
Click Manage
Select Setup
Accept the terms to activate the integration
⚠️ Privacy Note
No personal information—such as names, email addresses, postal addresses, or contact details—is shared via this integration. Participant data remains securely managed within Eventrac.
Linking Your Events to CycloWorld
Before going live, your Eventrac entry widget must be linked to your CycloWorld event pages.
This step is completed by CycloWorld. Once:
Your events exist on CycloWorld, and
The integration is enabled in Eventrac
Contact us at [email protected] so we can share your Event ID(s) with CycloWorld. They will then enable your entry widget, allowing you to start taking bookings.
Managing the CycloWorld Integration
Once the integration is active, the Eventrac booking widget will automatically appear on the corresponding CycloWorld landing pages.
Any updates you make in Eventrac—such as:
Adjusting prices
Opening or closing entries
Updating event details
—will be reflected automatically on CycloWorld, ensuring both platforms remain in sync.
Paying the Commission
Cycloworld charge a 5% fee on all New Bookings but there are no set up or annual fees. If you receive a new booking from Cycloworld then you will be credited the final amount less their fees and the standard booking fees.
Reporting on CycloWorld Bookings
Eventrac tags all participants acquired via CycloWorld, allowing you to monitor exactly how many bookings come from this source. You can view this data in multiple ways:
Individual bookings: Check the Acquisition Source field
Participant reporting: Include the Booking Source column when exporting or reviewing participants
Integration overview: View the last 20 bookings generated through the CycloWorld integration
