MoreDirt is one of the UK’s largest online communities dedicated to off road biking. Built by riders for riders, it provides a crowd-sourced platform where cyclists can discover, share, and review trails, events, and routes across the UK and beyond

With a strong community focus, MoreDirt features user-submitted trail details, photos, videos, event listings, and forums—making it a trusted destination for riders looking to find out where and when to ride.

For event organisers, MoreDirt offers direct access to an engaged audience of mountain bikers actively searching for races, demo days, and riding events.

The Eventrac × MoreDirt integration allows you to sell tickets for your events directly on MoreDirt while managing all event configuration and bookings from your Eventrac account. In addition to event entries, the integration also seamlessly syncs:

  • Orders

  • Donations

  • Refund protection

  • Team entries

All data is automatically passed from MoreDirt into Eventrac, ensuring a single source of truth for your event.


Setting Up Your Events on MoreDirt

Before you can accept bookings through MoreDirt, your events must have profiles on the MoreDirt platform.

  1. Visit MoreDirt

  2. Check whether your events are already listed

  3. If not, submit your event using their organiser page:

Creating an event listing is quick and free, and once complete you can proceed with enabling the integration in Eventrac.


Accessing the MoreDirt Integration

From your Eventrac dashboard, navigate to:

Dashboard → Integrations → MoreDirt

This is where you can enable and manage the integration.


Enabling the MoreDirt Integration

To enable the integration:

  1. Open the MoreDirt integration

  2. Click Manage

  3. Select Setup

  4. Accept the terms to activate the integration

⚠️ Important privacy note

No personal information—such as names, email addresses, postal addresses, or contact details—is shared through this integration. All participant data remains securely managed within Eventrac.


Linking Your Events to MoreDirt

Before going live, your Eventrac entry widget must be linked to your MoreDirt event pages.

This step is completed by MoreDirt. Once:

  • Your events are listed on MoreDirt, and

  • The integration is enabled in Eventrac,

Please contact us at [email protected].

We will provide your Event ID(s) to the MoreDirt team so they can enable your entry widget.

Once complete, your events will be ready to accept bookings via MoreDirt.


Managing the MoreDirt Integration

After the integration is enabled, the Eventrac booking widget will automatically appear on the relevant MoreDirt event landing pages.

Any updates you make in Eventrac—such as:

  • Adjusting prices

  • Opening or closing entries

  • Updating event details

—will be reflected automatically on MoreDirt, ensuring both platforms remain fully in sync.


Reporting on MoreDirt Bookings

To help you measure the impact of the MoreDirt integration, Eventrac automatically tags each participant with MoreDirt as their booking source.

You can identify and report on MoreDirt bookings in several ways:

  1. Individual bookings

    View the Acquisition Source field within a booking record

  2. Participant reporting

    Include the Booking Source column when exporting or reviewing participants

  3. Integration overview

    Open the MoreDirt integration to view the most recent 20 bookings generated from this source
