For organisers, it provides exposure to a highly engaged audience actively seeking their next cycling experience.
The Eventrac × Sportive.com integration allows you to sell tickets for your events directly on Sportive.com while managing all event settings and bookings from your Eventrac account. The integration also supports the automatic syncing of:
Orders
Donations
Refund protection
Team entries
All data flows seamlessly from Sportive.com into Eventrac, ensuring your event data remains accurate and up to date.
Accessing the Sportive.com Integration
From your Eventrac dashboard, navigate to:
Dashboard → Integrations → Sportive.com
This is where you can enable and manage the integration.
Enabling the Sportive.com Integration
To enable the integration:
Open the Sportive.com integration
Click Manage
Select Setup
Accept the terms to activate the integration

No personal information—such as names, email addresses, postal addresses, or contact details—is shared through this integration. All participant data remains securely managed within Eventrac.
Setting Up Events on Sportive.com
Before you can accept bookings through Sportive.com, your event(s) must be created on the Sportive.com platform.
Visit Sportive.com and check whether your event is already listed
If your event does not exist, Sportive.com will need to create it on your behalf
Contact the Sportive.com team to request a listing and copy in
[email protected] so we can provide the correct Eventrac widget ID(s)
Once your event has been created and the integration is enabled, Sportive.com will be able to display your Eventrac booking widget.
Managing the Sportive.com Integration
After the integration is enabled, the Eventrac booking widget will automatically appear on the corresponding Sportive.com event landing pages.
Any updates you make in Eventrac—such as:
Adjusting prices
Opening or closing entries
Updating event details
—will be reflected automatically on Sportive.com, ensuring both platforms stay fully in sync.
Reporting on Sportive.com Bookings
To help you track the performance of the Sportive.com integration, Eventrac automatically tags each participant with Sportive.com as their booking source.
You can identify and report on Sportive.com bookings in several ways:
Individual bookings
View the Acquisition Source field within a booking record
Participant reporting
Include the Booking Source column when exporting or reviewing participants
