Resending emails close to event day is also a handy way to remind participants of their event details and ensure they have quick access to their QR code in the days leading up to the event.
Resend to a single participant
Open the relevant event in your dashboard.
Go to the All Sign Ups section.
Find the participant and click Manage on their record.
On the right-hand side, click Resend Confirmation Email.
In the pop-up window, confirm that you’d like to resend the email.
💡 Tip: The email sent depends on the participant’s status:

Resend to multiple participants
This is useful if you want everyone to have their confirmation email and QR code handy for event day.
In the event dashboard, open the Sign Ups list.
Select participants using the checkboxes.
To select all participants on the page, click the checkbox in the header row.
Click the Actions button (top right) and select Resend Confirmation Email.
Click Action to proceed.
⚠️ Important:
Selecting all via the header checkbox only selects participants currently displayed on the page.
To include more, increase the participants per page setting (max 200) and repeat for each page.
You can also use filters (e.g. by entry category) to resend in batches.
In the pop-up window:
Set Type to Resend Confirmation Email.
Click Perform Bulk Action to confirm.
