Find a Race has their own payment mechanism and as such enforces that any transactions happen directly on their site through their own payment gateway. Find A Race is responsible for paying organisers accordingly when a booking is made via their platform.
eventrac streamlines this process by ensuring that any booking made on Find A Race for your events is automatically sent to your eventrac account (meaning you only need to manage participants from one platform).
eventrac also makes available your event details in real time to Find A Race so that your events stay in sync across both eventrac and Find A Race.

Accessing The Find a Race Integration
Click the "Integrations" icon in the top right of your dashboard
Enabling the Find a Race Integration
Getting setup is quick. Simply follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Find A Race integration and click Manage
Then click Get Started Now!
At this point, eventrac is ready to accept incoming bookings from Find a Race. However, before the integration is complete, the team at Find a Race will need to ensure your events are setup and open for bookings on their marketplace.
As part of clicking Get Started Now! the system will notify Find a Race that you want to get started. Their team will typically reach out to you within 24 hours with further instructions.
Managing the Find A Race Integration
Once the Find A Race integration is enabled, the team at Find A Race will ensure that your events on their platform are setup and linked to your eventrac events. We provide an automated interface whereby they can retrieve your event details in real-time. Further changes to your events are automated.
Note: If you add a new event on Eventrac, you should alert the team at Find A Race so they can ensure it's linked and ready to accept bookings.
Updating Event Settings on Find A Race
Once you have setup the Find a Race integration, you may wonder how you ensure any changes you make to your event are reflected on Find a Race. The good news is that eventrac automatically provides this information to the Find a Race system, meaning if you close, are full, change the price etc.. these changes will automatically be reflected on Find a Race.
Note: While eventrac makes this information immediately available to Find a Race, there could be a delay in Find A Race updating this information.
Reporting on Find A Race Bookings
As Find a Race generates you new bookings, you will likely want to see exactly how many participants you are acquiring from their platform. Eventrac makes this easy by tagging each participant with the Find a Race booking source. You can view which participants have come via the Find a Race integration in a number of ways:
