Race listings - RunABC has a comprehensive list of races, both local and national, to help runners find their next race.
Running news - RunABC provides up-to-date news about running events, both locally and nationally.
Race organization - RunABC works with race organizers to help their events stand out and reach runners.
Charity work - RunABC works with charities to help them raise funds and promote their events.
Eventrac seamlessly integrates with runABC meaning you can sell tickets for your events on runABC whilst managing your event settings and bookings directly from your eventrac account. The integration is not just limited to your events. Any orders, donations, refund protection or teams will also seamlessly sync from runABC to eventrac
Accessing The runABC Integration
Click the "Integrations" icon in the top right of your dashboard
Enabling the runABC Integration
Getting setup only takes a few seconds. Simply follow the steps below:
Navigate to the runABC integration and click Manage
Then click setup
You must then accept the terms to enable the integration. By enabling this integration, you are consenting to share basic statistics with runABC. This includes:
Event ID/Name
Race ID/Name/Date
Booking Date
Amount Paid
No personal information such as names, email addresses, addresses, contact details or other information used to identify a participant will be shared by this integration
Review the terms. When ready, click Save and you are done 🎉
Managing the runABC Integration
Once the runABC integration is enabled, the eventrac booking widget will automatically appear on the corresponding runABC landing page for a given event.
Tip: You may need to contact the runABC support team to ensure they have already listed your events
Updating Event Settings on runABC
Once you have setup the runABC integration, you may wonder how you ensure any changes you make to your event are reflected on runABC. The good news is that eventrac manages this automatically for you. If you were to close a race or change the price, these changes will be immediately reflected on runABC.
Reporting on runABC Bookings
As runABC generates you new bookings, you will likely want to see exactly how many participants you are acquiring from their platform. Eventrac makes this easy by tagging each participant with the runABC booking source. You can view which participants have come via the runABC integration in a number of ways:
Viewing an individual booking and looking at the “Acquisition Source” <link>
Reporting on your participants and including the “Booking Source” column <link>
Managing the integration which will show the last 20 bookings from this source
