Enhanced 'Transfer To Someone Else' - We have added more options to the transfer to someone else feature (allowing participants to sell their place to someone else). You can now ask for payment to be made directly through the system, set an admin fee, and automate refunds on completion of the transfer.
runABC Integration - Expand the reach of your events even further by adopting the runABC integration. When enabled, your events become bookable on runABC. As with all of our marketplace integrations, all data is synchronised so you don't have to move data between systems.
Enhanced Recurring Sessions - More options have been added to recurring races/sessions that give you even more control over when a race/session recurs. e.g., on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, or the last Friday of every month.
Quicker Refunding of Staged Payments - Refunding of a participant paying in instalments can now be achieved with one click and follows the same process as someone not paying in instalments.
Custom Ordering of Own Place Charities - Own place runner charities can now be ordered either randomly, alphabetically or by priority. This allows for headline charities to feature at the top of the list.
Website Updates - The website has a number of new features:
A new 'Team' section, allowing team members to be added
New event panels that make the display of events cleaner and easier to view key information such as event name, date, and organiser
A carousel slider can now be used on a homepage that showcases multiple images
A video hero image can now be used on a homepage

Enhanced Transfer To Someone Else
Providing options to participants who (should the worst outcome occur) cannot attend, can boost customer confidence and help mitigate a reason to delay entering until the last minute.
eventrac offers the ability for organisers to enable "Transfer to someone else". This allows a participant to sell their place to a friend or someone on the waiting list.
You can now allow participants to sell their place and manage money transfers directly within the platform. This means that you are always charging new participants at the current event price, with the existing participant receiving an instant refund on completion. You can even set an admin fee.
runABC Integration
Expose your events to a new audience and boost your bookings by utilising the brand-new runABC integration.
In addition to Find A Race and TimeOutdoors, you can now also sell your events on runABC without any additional effort. Your event settings are synchronised to ensure that the information remains correct and participant details will seamlessly appear in your eventrac system, just as they would if someone booked directly on your website.
Insight: We estimate an increase of 5-8% in booking numbers when utilising third-party places

Enhanced Recurring Sessions
Recurring sessions are a convenient way to set up races/sessions that occur regularly. The system will automatically create, activate and open/close recurring sessions as per your settings.
As part of this release, we have provided more options that allow for greater control over when sessions are recurring. e.g., on the 2nd Tuesday of every month or the last Sunday of every month.
Quicker Refunding of Staged Payments
Staged payments are a great way to make higher-priced events more accessible to people by allowing them to spread the costs. Eventrac allows organisers the ability to setup their own payment plans and allow participants to spread the cost of their events over a number of months.
Insight: A whopping 40% of participants chose to spread the cost when the price of an event is over £50.
Refunding of participants paying by installments has now been made quicker, meaning that instead of refunding individual payments, organisers can simply enter a partial or full amount and the system will calculate which payments to refund.
Custom Ordering of Own Place Charities
Organisers offering their participants the opportunity to opt-in to communications from charities (known as own place runners), now have more control over the order in which the charities appear.
As well as randomising the order, this will allow for headline charities to be fixed at the top of the list
Tip: Charities are willing to pay for participant details who might be interested in running for them. This can act as a new revenue channel for your business. We suggest reaching out to our team so we can explain what they are and how to use them effectively.
