This content can be:

  • Publicly accessible via your website’s header menu

  • Shared selectively using direct links

  • Distributed through email or other communication channels

Common examples of website content include:

  • About Us pages

  • Information about upcoming events or partnerships

  • Terms and Conditions or policy pages

Enable Website Content

Before creating content, you’ll need to enable the Website Contents section in the Website Builder.

  1. Switch to the Website Builder platform using the drop-down menu at the top-left of any page.

  2. In the left-hand menu, expand Website Content and select Sections.

  3. Click Enable next to Website Contents.

✅ This step only needs to be completed once.

Create Website Content

Once enabled, the Website Contents section can be accessed from the Website Builder dashboard or via the Website Content option in the left-hand menu.

  1. From the Website Contents page, click Add website content.

  2. Enter a Title.

    • This appears on the browser tab and is used to generate the page URL.

    • ⚠️ The URL cannot be changed later, even if the title is updated, so we recommend keeping titles short and simple.

  3. (Optional) Upload a Cover Image if you want to override your account’s default image.

    • Recommended size: 1920 × 450

    • Default images can be managed via Site Styling → Images/Logos.

  4. The Excerpt field is not publicly visible and can be used for internal reference.

  5. The Created by field is optional and internal only, and can help identify who created or last updated the page.

  6. Add your content in the Text body section.

    • Use the toolbar to format text or add links, images, and tables.

    • You can paste content from another source, or switch to Source view to insert custom HTML (e.g. iframes).

Page Settings

Before saving, you can configure additional options:

  1. Make this page the homepage

    • Sets this page as the first page visitors see when accessing your website.

  2. Restrict access

    • If you use the Membership Platform and manage users by groups, you can limit access to specific member groups.

  3. Tags

    • Tags are currently not used for Website Content pages.

  4. Click Submit to save or update the page.

    • You’ll be returned to the All website contents list.

Manage Website Content

From the All website contents page, you can:

  • View the page and copy its URL to share or link elsewhere

  • Edit the page to update its content or settings

  • Delete the page

⚠️ Deleting a page is permanent. Before deleting, ensure no other pages or communications are linking to this URL.
