These are the core setup tasks we recommend completing before launching your first event.

1. Check Your Organisation Details

Your organisation details form the foundation of your account setup. They power everything from participant communications to default event settings, including your currency, timezone, and contact information.

How to update your Organisation Details:

  • Go to Organisation Settings > Account Settings > Organisation Details

2. Add Your Company Logo

Your logo appears on your event landing pages and as your website favicon, helping participants instantly recognise your brand.

How to upload your logo:

  • Go to Organisation Settings > Account Settings > Images / Logos


3. Brand Your Transactional Emails

Participants receive important communications throughout their event journey. Adding your branding helps create a professional and consistent experience.

You can customise:

  • Your email header logo

  • Social media links displayed in the email footer

4. Add Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Set Up Your Own Domain Email

Connecting your own domain email allows you to send marketing emails from your organisation's domain, helping your communications appear more professional and improving deliverability.

How to connect an own domain email:

  • Go to Email Marketing > Senders

2. Create Event Launch Emails

Use the built-in email marketing tools to keep your community engaged before and after registration opens.

You can use campaigns to:
