๐ Viewing an Individual Participant
To view more details about a participant:
Navigate to the signups for an event or view all signups.
Click the Manage button next to the participantโs name.
From here, you can see detailed participant information and perform additional actions.

Participant information is organized into sections:
๐ค Entrant Details
Contains the participantโs registration information. If they have refundable booking protection, their reference number is visible here.
๐ฐ Fundraising Page
Displays any fundraising pages linked to the participant. If none exists, you can link one here.
๐ Contact Information
Includes address, phone number, and other contact details. Fields shown depend on what information was collected during registration.
๐ Acquisition Source
Shows how the participant was acquired:
Referring Site โ Landing page that referred this booking
Referencing Campaign โ Tracking link used by this participant
Referring User โ The user who referred this participant
Booking Source โ Third-party integration used to process the booking
๐ซ Event Details
Displays information about the event the participant entered.
๐ก๏ธ Booking Protection
Shows details of any booking protection associated with the participant.
๐งพ Receipt Details
Financial receipt related to this booking.
๐ณ Transaction Details / History
Displays the transaction used to pay for this booking. A single transaction may cover multiple bookings.
๐ Related Items (purchases)
Shows any items linked to this booking, such as orders or donations.
๐ฑ QR Code
If QR codes are enabled, the unique code for this booking is visible here.

Eventrac allows you to take actions on a single participant or a group of participants.
Locate the Action Buttons: Right-hand side of the participant view (or top of the page on mobile).
Actions Available: Refund, transfer, remove, and more.
