Hiding Tickets from the Results Page

Not every ticket in your event needs to appear on the public results page. For example, you may offer a Fun Run, Family Run, or other non-competitive ticket that isn't timed and therefore doesn't require published results.

Eventrac allows you to hide individual tickets from the results page while keeping timed races visible.

How to Hide a Ticket from the Results Page

  1. Open the relevant Event.

  2. Navigate to the Results section.

  3. Locate the ticket you want to hide.

  4. In the Visibility column, click the ✓ icon to toggle the ticket's visibility.

Once disabled, that ticket will no longer appear on the public results page.

When Should I Hide a Ticket?

Consider hiding tickets that:

  • Are untimed or non-competitive

  • Don't produce participant results

  • Aren't intended to appear alongside your competitive races

This helps keep your public results page clean and ensures participants only see relevant results.
