Archiving an event or a ticket does not delete any information — it simply reorganises it to prioritise the most recent event edition.
You can still:
Access all historic event data
Review past ticket sales and sign-ups
Compare performance year-on-year using dashboards
Why You May Not See Tickets
If you cannot see tickets within an event, they have likely been archived automatically.
This is expected behaviour and does not indicate any data loss.
How to Access Archived Tickets
To view archived tickets:
Navigate to your event
Look for the Archived Races button in the top-right corner of the “races” section
Click this button to view previously archived races and tickets
Once accessed, you will be able to view all associated historical data.
Viewing Historic Sign-Up Information
To review past registration or ticket sales data:
Go to the “Sign Ups” area for your event
Select the relevant tickets within the report criteria
Run your report to view historical sign-up information
This allows you to filter and analyse data from previous event editions.
Unarchiving Events
If you need to make changes to settings or configurations for a past ticket:
You may need to unarchive the event first
Once unarchived, the ticket will return to an active state, allowing full editing access.
Key Notes
Archiving does not delete any data
All historic events remain accessible at any time
Dashboard tools still support year-on-year comparison, even for archived events
Archived events can be reactivated if administrative changes are required
