When removing a participant, you also have the option to issue a refund—either full or partial—depending on your event policies.
Alternatively, you can enable a self-service option, allowing participants to withdraw themselves and automatically receive a refund based on the rules you have set.
Removing a Single Participant
To remove an individual participant from your event:
Navigate to the relevant event in your dashboard
Select “Signups”
Search for the participant using their name or email
Click “Manage” next to their entry
Select “Remove”
Confirm the action in the pop-up window
Important Information
⚠️ Email Notifications:
When a participant is removed, they will not receive an email notification.
