Finding an Event ID

Some integrations require your Eventrac Event ID to be entered during setup. Your Event ID is a unique identifier assigned to each event. It is typically a 4- or 5-digit number and can be found directly from your event’s public page.

Steps to Locate Your Event ID

  1. Open the event profile you’re working with in Eventrac.

  2. Click Preview My Page.

  3. This will open your live event page in a new browser tab.

  4. Look at the URL in the address bar at the top of your browser.

Example URL:

Identifying the Event ID

  • The Event ID is the only numeric value in the URL

  • It will appear at the end of the URL

  • It will be 4 or 5 digits long

In the example above, the Event ID is 3186.
