Publishing and managing a Cycling Event on Battistrada.com

Battistrada.com is a unique tool for cyclists to easily organize their cycling calendar and bucket list and welcomes 4,000 to 10,000 active cyclists every single day!

As an Organizer you can publish your cycling events for free or choose for our Premium plan and enable registrations through Eventrac.

Here’s how to publish and manage your cycling events on Battistrada.com

  1. Visit https://battistrada.com/ and click on “SIGN UP” to create a free account (https://battistrada.com/en/signup/)

  2. You’ll receive a mail with subject “Confirm your email to start using Battistrada.com” to confirm your email address,

  3. Click in the mail on the button “Click to activate your account”

  4. Go to “my Battistrada” – “my Own Events” (https://battistrada.com/members/en/my-own-events/) and choose the appropriate action:

    1. If your event is already listed:

    2. If your event is not yet listed:

      • Click on “I'm organizing a cycling event, and I would like to add it to Battistrada”

      • click on “Send” to request Organizer access

      • you’ll receive a confirmation of your request within 24 hours

    3. After receiving confirmation by mail, you can publish and manage the requested cycling events

  5. Go back to “my Battistrada” – “my Own Events” (https://battistrada.com/members/en/my-own-events/) and you will see your events in the list

    1. Click only on the button “add new event” to add a new Event that is not yet on Battistrada.com! Is your event already listed on Battistrada.com you must add a new Edition of the Event (see below), as it’s much faster and enables us to inform our members that a new edition of your event has been published.

    2. To add the next (new) Edition of a listed Event, click the icon next to the latest (past) Edition of the Event.

    3. To update an upcoming Edition of a listed Event, click the icon next to the listed Edition.

  6. Add or update full details: in all 3 above cases you’ll be redirected to page of the Event/Edition details

    1. Add full Events details on page 1

    2. Click the “?” icon for guidance on what to enter

    3. Enable “Eventrac Registration module”

      • Select “Eventrac” as Ticketing Provider

      • Enter the “Eventrac Event ID” in the field Register (URL)

    4. Click on the “Next” button

    5. Add further details like “routes”, ... on page 2

    6. Click on the “Next” button

    7. Choose for a free or Premium listing on page 3 and click on “Publish my Event”

  7. Check your published Event/Edition
