How to Find an Account Holder’s User ID

Sometimes you may need a user’s ID (for example, to change user associations or transfer accounts). Here’s the quickest way to find it.

📍 Steps to Find a User ID

  1. Go to the All Sign-Ups section.

  2. Search for the person using their surname.

  3. In the results, look at the first column (Ref) — this is the correct User ID.

✅ Best Practice

  • We recommend typing the ID manually rather than copying and pasting to avoid errors.

👉 Once you have the User ID, you can use it to make transfers or update associations as needed.
