It’s important to review the terms and conditions (T&Cs) your participants agree to during entry. These protect your event, your team, and your participants — so keeping them clear, up to date, and aligned with your policies is essential.

✅ What to Double-Check in Your T&Cs

  • Refunds & Cancellations – Are your policies still accurate and clearly explained?

  • Event Dates – Do the listed deadlines or dates reflect the current year?

  • Participant Responsibilities – Is it clear what you expect (e.g. medical fitness, rules of conduct)?

  • Force Majeure / Contingency Plans – Still relevant and up to date post-pandemic?

  • Contact Details – Are participants being directed to the right support channels?

Navigation:

Event > Setup > Form > Terms/Conditions


✏️ Adding or Editing Event Terms & Conditions

  1. Open the relevant entry form.

  2. Select the Terms/Conditions section.

  3. Make edits as needed.

    ✅ Use the expand icon (bottom right corner) to view/edit in full screen.

  4. Click Save once you’re happy with the updates.

❗ Remember: If you don’t save, your updates will not be applied.
