Merchandise - Shops

Setting up a shop on Eventrac is quick and straightforward. While you don’t need to create a shop if you’re only listing products on your registration form, a dedicated shop is required if you want to showcase products directly on your event pages.

How to Set Up a Shop

  1. From your dashboard, navigate to:

    Dashboard > Merchandise Setup > Shops > Add Shop


  1. Fill out the shop details:

    • Shop Name: This will be the title displayed if you add the shop to your website header.

    • Shop Description: This description appears above the products on the shop’s homepage.

    • Basic Text Editor: Use the editor for simple formatting. We recommend preparing your text in advance to ensure consistency.

  2. Select the items you want to feature in your shop:

    • Your Products: Choose products you’ve created to list in the shop.

    • Third-Party Products: Optionally add products from external suppliers.

    • Gift Cards: Include any gift cards you wish to offer.

  3. Click Submit to save your shop settings.

Note: If you plan to list both products and gift cards, it’s best to create separate shops for each and name them accordingly for clarity.


Viewing Your Shop

Merchandise Set Up > Shops > My Shops > View

Once your shop is set up and merchandise added, go to the preview page of the relevant event. You will see a Merchandise tab in the main header, where visitors can browse and purchase your products.
