📝 Creating a Loyalty Scheme
Name – Internal reference for the scheme
Alert Email – Address for notifications
Enable Loyalty Scheme – Tick to activate
Always Alert on Point Redemption – Optional alerts for auto-redeemed rewards
Enable Points Multiplier – Optional for special promotions
Start/End Date – Define promotion period
Multiply Value – Assign points, reward type, and reward

Participants with an account can see:
Loyalty Points Tab – Total points accrued
Itemised list of points earned
Expiry start date for gift cards

🎁 Redeeming Loyalty Points
Gift Cards:
Open Loyalty Points Tab
Check accrued points
Select available reward
Click Redeem
A unique gift card is generated and emailed to the participant
The code is also available in the participant’s account credits
The code should be used in the “gift card” section at checkout
