Accessing Sales Orders
Navigate to: Dashboard → Sales Orders
Understanding the Dashboard
The dashboard provides a live overview of your merchandise performance.
Dashboard Features
Sales Graph – View sales trends over time using a custom date range.
Product Filters – Focus reporting on specific products or collections.
Key Metrics
Products – The total number of products created in your account, including products that are no longer on sale.
Total Sales – The number of individual sales made during the selected period.
Your Revenue – Revenue generated during the selected period. Depending on your account setup, this may or may not include shipping fees.
Applying a product filter updates all dashboard metrics to show product-specific performance.
Reviewing Orders
The All Sales section provides an itemised list of every merchandise order.
From here, you can:
View order details
Update fulfilment statuses
Track completed and outstanding orders
Run bulk actions
Export reports
