Think of a Priority Link as a way to “jump the queue” with guaranteed access.
While Priority Links don’t automatically discount entry, you can combine them with a discount code to give VIPs reduced or free registration.

Dashboard → Event → Promote → Priority Links
➕ Creating a Priority Link
Click Add Priority Link
Name – Add an internal reference name for the link
Number of Uses – Set how many times the link can be redeemed
Valid From – Choose when the link becomes active
Valid To – Set an expiration date (optional)
Click Submit
💡 You can create unlimited Priority Links.
🏃 Using a Priority Link
Created links appear on the Priority Links page
Copy and share the link with your intended recipient; they’ll be able to register without restrictions
This page shows usage data—when a link has been used and how many times
📝 How Participants Use a Priority Link
When a participant clicks a Priority Link:
They are taken to the standard registration form
They complete registration like any other participant
The link bypasses event capacity limits and waiting lists
📊 Reporting on Priority Links
Participant Exports – Shows which participants registered via a Priority Link
Participant Acquisition Source – Tracks registrations made using a Priority Link; see our [Guide to Viewing Individual Participants] for details
