Customising when the reminders are sent

You can fine-tune when an abandoned cart reminder email is sent for a particular item by clicking the Configure button

Click Save Changes when done

FAQs

Can participants reply to an abandoned cart email?

Yes, the default reply to email is the support email in your organisation settings.

If someone starts entering, abandons it, and then enters again, will they still be emailed?

The abandoned cart system is intelligent in that if it identifies an abandoned cart that has later been completed, the user will not be notified (since they have already completed their purchase). This relies on them either using the same user account or email. If they use a different email address, then we have no way of knowing this,s and they may receive a reminder for the original [incomplete] booking

How does the expiry time on a race affect abandoned cart reminders?

The expiry time of your races dictates how long someone can reserve their booking for. We suggest that if your event does not sell out very quickly and/or is not close to selling out, you set this number to at least 1 day. If your expiry time is too short, it will impact the effectiveness of your abandoned cart reminders. For more information, please contact our support team
