Sponsors and partners often play a big role on event day—but they’re just as important in the lead-up. With eventrac, you can easily showcase sponsor logos and names on your event landing pages, giving them valuable exposure throughout the promotion and registration journey. Each logo links back to the sponsor’s website, helping you add value for your partners while keeping your event pages looking professional.

Linking Sponsors to event landing pages
Once you have added a sponsor you will likely want to link it to an event landing page. This will then display the sponsors logo with a link to their website at the base of the occaison landing page.
Simply tick the boxes of the event landing pages you want the sponsor to appear on
Once added, your sponsor logo will appear at the bottom of your event page
Sponsorship Tiers
Sponsorship Tiers allow you to group event sponsors into different levels of recognition on your event website. This is ideal if your event has multiple sponsorship packages, such as Title Sponsors, Gold Sponsors, Silver Sponsors, or Event Partners.
Once sponsors have been added to an event, you can organise them into tiers, customise the tier names, and control how they are displayed to participants and visitors.
Adding Sponsors to a Sponsorship Tier
To begin, navigate to:
Event > Setup > Sponsors
Within the Sponsors tab, you'll see a list of all sponsors currently assigned to the event.
To assign a sponsor to a tier:
Locate the sponsor you want to update.
Click Assign Group.
Choose one of the following options:
Select an existing sponsorship group.
Create a new sponsorship group.
Save your changes.
The sponsor will immediately be assigned to the selected tier.
Tip: Sponsors can be moved between groups at any time, allowing you to update sponsorship arrangements as needed.
Editing Sponsorship Tiers
Once you've created sponsorship tiers, you can customise how they appear on your event website.
Reordering Sponsorship Tiers
If you'd like to change the order in which sponsorship groups are displayed:
Click Re-order Sponsor Groups.
Drag and drop the groups into your preferred order.
Save your changes.
The updated order will determine how sponsorship tiers appear publicly.
Customising a Sponsorship Tier
To edit an existing sponsorship tier:
Locate the sponsorship group you want to update.
Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the group.
From here, you can:
Edit the group name to reflect your sponsorship packages.
Hide the group label and divider if you prefer a cleaner appearance.
Control how many sponsor logos appear per row, with the default set to four logos per row.
Once you've made your changes, click Save to apply them.
Tip: Adjusting the number of logos per row can help create a more balanced layout, especially if sponsor logos vary in size or if some tiers contain significantly more sponsors than others.
Deleting a Sponsorship Tier
If a sponsorship group is no longer required:
Locate the sponsorship group.
Click the red delete button next to the edit (pencil) icon.
Confirm the deletion if prompted.
Deleting a sponsorship tier removes the group itself. If sponsors were assigned to that group, review their assignments afterwards to ensure they continue to display as intended.
Managing Sponsorship Throughout Your Event Lifecycle
Sponsorship arrangements often change as new partners come on board or sponsorship packages evolve. You can return to the Sponsors section at any time to:
Add sponsors to new tiers
Move sponsors between groups
Rename sponsorship tiers
Reorder how tiers appear
Adjust logo layouts
Remove tiers that are no longer needed
This flexibility allows you to keep sponsor recognition accurate and professionally presented throughout your event.
